The Complete Home InspectionOur home inspections are a non-invasive, visual inspection of the residential dwelling. This inspection is designed to identify any structural issues, material defects or any small problem with the potential to become a costly repair. We use state of the art tools and time proven methods to find what is unseen. We highly encourage the buyer to be onsite with the inspector to discuss the inspection as it is conducted. All systems of the home are inspected such as electrical, plumbing, roofing and HVAC as well as pools/spas, sheds and carports.
